Hypopressive Workshop Follow-ons

The “Intro to Hypopressives” workshops are a great starting point, but to make the best of your Hypopressive exercise, you may wish to build on your basic skills, and progress to postural flows, with support on-hand to fine tune your practice.

These sessions are only open to those who have already learned the Hypopressives breath-work, at a MyCorePhysio workshop or in a 1:1 face to face session.

To ensure you have ample individual attention and feedback opportunity, spaces in these sessions are limited.

After tea/coffee on arrival, there will be an opportunity for discussion, to ask questions, problem solve challenges, share achievements etc. Following this, the remaining time will be allocated to Hypopressives practice, with a brief mid-morning break.

You will receive a handout of the exercises you have learned so you can continue practice at home.

Hypopressives Trouble-shooting & Progression Sessions: Level 1 Standing Flow

We will;

  • Review your Hypopressives breathwork
  • Learning the level 1 standing postures
  • Practice a Hypopressives standing flow, integrating breathwork and posture transitions

Hypopressives Progressions: Level 1 Mat based Flow

We will;

  • Review your Hypopressives breathwork
  • Learning the level 1 mat based postures, kneeling, sitting and lying
  • Practice a full Hypopressives Level 1 flow, integrating breathwork and posture transitions

Hypopressives Complete Level 1 Flow Practice

We will;

  • Review your Hypopressives breathwork
  • Combine your standing and mat based flow to form a complete level 1 flow
  • Review and advance your Hypopressives Level 1 flow

This workshop will take place at Pilates 4Any1 in Llangefni, Ynys Mon. On the first floor, accessed via a flight of stairs, the studio offers a calm, fully equipped space for mat based exercise.
