I have 25+ years physio experience & have specialised in Womens’ Health since 2012 and I’ve been a Hypopressives Instructor since 2016.
My blend of core physiotherapeutic principles with revolutionary techniques like the Hypopressive Method have lead me to receive 2 NHS awards for ‘Excellence and Innovation”.
